The laws in Hawaii are very lenient for this, though you’ll need to organize things with a good hotel and the tourist board! Propose at dinner and when she accepts, start the wedding on the spot! You’ll need her friends and family involved!

2. Buy her 3 red roses. One to represent the past, another to be the present and the final rose which has the ring attached to it is the future!
